Job summary

You will complete bathroom remodels, follow installation standards, and maintain a clean work area, while communicating with team members and homeowners. Full-time employment with paid training and growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of carpentry, trim carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction experience.
• Experience installing bathrooms, kitchens, or similar home improvement products preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure and use hand and power tools.
• Basic plumbing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driversr license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodels, often in as little as one day.
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems using carpentry and remodeling skills.
• Follow company installation standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process.
• Educate homeowners on the care and maintenance of their new bath system.
• Complete required job documentation and submit project photos.
• Load, organize, and maintain installation tools, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate effectively with the installation team and management.
