Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling or carpentry.
• Experience installing acrylic bath/shower systems preferred.
• Basic plumbing knowledge a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and working in customers' homes.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems in customers' homes.
• Complete one-day bathroom remodels.
• Perform carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing as needed.
• Take accurate measurements and prepare installation areas.
• Follow company installation standards to ensure quality workmanship.
• Keep the work area clean and respect customers' homes.
• Review completed installations with homeowners and answer questions.
• Complete required paperwork and job photos.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and installation materials.
