Job summary

Luxury Bath is hiring an Installer to accurately and professionally install acrylic bath and shower products at customer sites, following our procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Expect physically demanding field work, driving to job sites, operating power tools, precise measuring, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Minimum 2 years in carpentry/renovation and a valid driver’s license required. Training provided. Full-time hours, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years carpentry, trim carpentry, construction or in-home renovation experience with ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level & combination square.
• Must have a strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
• Bathroom remodeling experience preferred but not required as training is provided.
• Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Must work full-time M-F and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Remodel bathroom in one day by using carpentry and construction skills.
• Adhere to installation standards and procedures.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude with customers.
• Respect customers' property and leave work area clean.
• Wear company uniform and maintain grooming standards.
• Inform customers about functionality and upkeep of installations.
• Accurately complete paperwork and submit photos.
• Inventory and stock vehicle with tools and components.
