Job summary

Clear Choice Remodeling is seeking an Acrylic Bath Installer (1099 Contractor) to complete professional bath remodels in customers’ homes. Most projects finish in one day, requiring precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have experience with acrylic bath products, especially Bath Concepts or similar systems, and at least 2 years in carpentry, remodeling, or bath installation. This role emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and clear communication with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Experience with acrylic bath products is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Bath Concepts or similar systems.
• 2+ years of carpentry/remodeling/bath installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of basic construction techniques and measurements.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete full acrylic bath installations (typically 1-day remodels).
• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and light construction work.
• Follow all installation standards and job specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners during projects.
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of installed products.
• Complete job documentation, including paperwork and job photos.
• Load, maintain, and organize tools and installation materials.
