Job summary

USA Gymnastics is seeking an Acrobatic Gymnastics Program Manager to provide operational and administrative support for the Acro Program in Indianapolis. You will coordinate events, manage documentation, and assist in implementing priorities while ensuring safe, compliant training environments.

The role reports to the Acrobatics Gymnastics Program and High-Performance Director and requires strong communication, coordination, and budgeting abilities to support both national and international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution plus 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with elite sport environments and/or gymnastics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of the Acro program to provide accurate and timely communication internally and externally.
• Coordinate logistical planning and administrative support for domestic and international Acro camps, events, competitions, and related activities.
• Support registration, scheduling, travel, and accommodation arrangements for athletes, coaches, judges, staff, and committees.
• Maintain and update program documentation, records, reports, and required forms.
• Assist with on-site management of program events, meetings, and activities as assigned.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support program operations and projects.
• Coordinate apparel ordering, inventory, and distribution for National Team members and program staff.
