Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Maryland Heights, MO, seeks a Manager of Children's Gymnastics Program to lead and develop the in-house gymnastics program at our Maryland Heights location. You will coach staff, create class experiences, and drive healthy enrollment growth.

The role combines teaching in the gym with administrative tasks, maintaining high program quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, while aligning with Team Central standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Experience growing a program or increasing participation and/or enrollments.
• Background in gymnastics, cheer, ninja, tumbling or dance preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide regular coaching, feedback and mentorship to staff.
• Assist in identifying, recruiting, and hiring staff who align with the company's culture and values.
• Maintain consistent instructional quality across all classes.
• Ensure curriculum supports athlete progress, confidence, fun and self-esteem.
• Maintain a strong department safety record and ensure staff are properly trained in all injury and emergency procedures.
• Support enrollment growth and retention within the department.
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with athletes and families.
