Delta Air Lines, Inc. seeks a Project Leader, Acquisition Strategy to drive business performance across the Delta Sync portfolio. You will partner with Loyalty, Finance, and Digital teams to deliver scalable processes and actionable insights for growth and retention.

You will own workstreams, forecast campaigns, and influence decisions at multiple levels in a fast-paced,Ambiguous environment, leveraging data-driven storytelling to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Ownership: quickly learn the business and independently manage workstreams.
• Forecasting and planning; analyze marketing campaign performance; synthesize data to tell campaign effectiveness.
• Stakeholder management and relationship-building across teams and external partners.
• Support go-to-market initiatives, manage timelines, track milestones, and coordinate campaigns.
• Autonomously manage projects, timelines, and deliverables with prioritization.
