KBSO LLC is seeking an Acquisitions Specialist — Business Acquisitions for an in-office, full-time role. You will work inbound leads from business owners looking to sell, build rapport, qualify opportunities, and move deals toward signed LOIs.

This conversion-focused position relies on your communication and persistence; you’ll drive the process, manage the pipeline, and hand off completed deals for diligence and closing.

Qualifications

• Strong phone and relationship skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
• Sales or high-volume-contact background (inside sales, business brokerage, lending, real estate, or similar).
• Persistent and organized follow-up; coachable and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Work inbound leads. Respond quickly to seller inquiries and make first contact by phone.
• Build rapport with owners, understand why they are selling, move forward with us.
• Qualify by gathering basics: performance, rent, reason for sale, timeline; identify worthy opportunities.
• Present the offer and explain how we buy; position the deal as the solution.
• Drive to LOI by moving qualified sellers through our system, handling objections and momentum.
• Manage the pipeline; follow up on warm opportunities; keep leads from going cold.
• Report to ownership with a clear, current view of pipeline, conversions, and LOIs.
• Hand off completed deals with a clean summary to enable diligence and closing.
