Fifteen Group Capital LLC in Miami seeks an Acquisition Analyst to support deal sourcing, underwriting, market research, and transaction execution across Florida, California, and Texas. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, building financial models and preparing investment materials from day one, while gaining exposure to the full deal lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in real estate analytics, strong Excel skills, and a foundational understanding of investment principles.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or related analytical roles.
• Foundational understanding of real estate financial analysis and investment principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for acquisition opportunities, including cash flow projections.
• Underwrite value-add strategies with renovation cost assumptions and rent growth projections.
• Analyze rent rolls and historical performance for target acquisitions.
• Support debt structures, joint venture waterfalls, and capital stack analysis.
• Prepare investment materials and due diligence deliverables for Florida, California, and Texas deals.
• Assist with third-party reports, property inspections, and site visits as needed.
• Maintain deal pipelines, market data, and acquisition committee memoranda.
