Redpath Partners is seeking a driven professional to support development, finance and executive functions with advanced modelling capabilities. The role underpins the acquisition pipeline and touches on feasibility, investment models and due diligence for potential deals.

The successful candidate will source opportunities, build robust financial models, prepare investment papers and board reports, and help manage project budgets and consultants within a fast paced team environment.

Role

The primary function of this newly created role is to support the Development, finance and executive function with exceptional modelling capabilities. This position will underpin and play a vital role in the business chasing further deals to support their acquisition pipeline.

The responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

• Source and assess property acquisition opportunities.
• Preparation of development feasibility and investment models including sensitivity analysis for new projects and existing asset repositioning assessments to assist with seeking approvals to proceed with acquisition/project.
• Assist with the preparation of acquisition reports including Briefing Papers, Investment Papers and Due Diligence Reports
• Assist with the preparation of board reports and acquisition strategy papers.
