Job summary

LBO Technology, LLC seeks a Mid-level Acquisition Program Analyst to support a federal contract in Stafford, VA. The position requires active Secret clearance and hands-on experience with DoD acquisition processes.

The role involves assisting the government Acquisition Lead with Portfolio Management for MAIS DBS programs, coordinating reviews, coaching junior analysts, and ensuring alignment with DoD 5000.02 and JCIDS frameworks in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.

Qualifications

• 6 years’ experience providing Acquisition support for major DoD systems.
• Experience with DoD Business Capability Lifecycle, DoD 5000 and JCIDS.
• Experience with DoD/contractor documentation and reviews; coordinating with working groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist Acquisition Lead with Portfolio Management to guide MAIS DBS programs through DoD 5000.02.
• Provide Acquisition support for major systems using DoD ACAT and JCIDS frameworks.
• Coordinate and conduct in-process and post-implementation reviews with Marine Corps authorities.
• Supervise and coach Acquisition analysts.
• Perform other Acquisition related duties as assigned by Government Lead.

Location: Stafford, VA (3 days per week onsite 2 days remote)

Clearance: Active Secret

Relevant Skills: 6 years’ experience providing Acquisition support for major systems using DoD Business Capability Lifecycle, DoD5000 and JCIDS frameworks. Experience in working with DoD and contractor documentation, participating in working groups, program and technical reviews; tracking Contract Requirements and deliveries.

• Assist government Acquisition Lead with Acquisition Portfolio Management to guide the major Automated Information Systems (MAIS) DBS programs through business acquisition life cycle per DoD 5000.02
• Providing Acquisition support for major systems using DoD ACAT and JCIDS frameworks.
• Coordinate and conduct in-process and post implementation reviews appropriate authorities of the Marine Corps.
• Supervise and coach Acquisition analysts.
• Any other Acquisition related duties as assigned by the Government Lead.

Experience in working with DoD and contractor documentation, participating in working groups, program and technical reviews; tracking Contract Requirements and deliveries.
