Liza Faress State Farm Agency in Henderson, NV is seeking an Acquisitions Specialist who thrives in a people-centered role. You’ll engage with prospective customers via calls, emails, and community outreach to grow our client base while upholding State Farm standards.

You will develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, coordinate outreach strategies with the team, and track progress toward defined goals, ensuring compliance with all office and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
• Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
• Property & Casualty License required.
• Life & Health License preferred.
