Job summary

Halehkrauter - State Farm Agency in Fishers, IN seeks an Acquisition Specialist to drive growth for our agency. You will engage prospects via calls and emails, build relationships, and manage a pipeline to meet acquisition objectives. A bonus/commission potential exists based on production and goals.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be organized, and able to obtain state-insurance licenses. Prior insurance sales experience is preferred.

Salary listed is base salary based on work experience and how you perform. However, the position is expected to pay bonus and commission based on your production. So max salary potential $100,000 if you have previous experience and meet premium/production goal objectives.
