Andy Torres State Farm Agency is seeking an Acquisitions Specialist to engage with prospects via calls, emails, and community outreach, building relationships and a steady pipeline of new business opportunities.

No prior insurance experience is required as training will be provided; the focus is on communication, motivation, and a customer-first approach to helping clients protect what matters most.

• Must have strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-starter with internal motivation and drive.
• Comfortable initiating contact and engaging with prospective customers.
• Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or sales is required.
