Job summary

Jefferson seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to accelerate growth within our corporate growth and operations team. This role is hybrid, with travel to Washington, DC area offices and client sites, and US residency required.

The position offers a highly competitive salary range of $200,000 to $275,000 per year, with the final offer based on skills, experience, clearances, and certifications. The company values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation across work and programs.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering, computer science, information systems, data analytics or similar.
• 15+ years of experience required, with 5+ years delivering to a Federal customer strongly preferred.
• 5+ years experience designing secure, scalable, and resilient on-premise and cloud-based infrastructures.
• Active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with account, capture and bid teams to develop solution strategies and support major pursuits from qualification through contract award.
• Identify existing service gaps and drive continual innovation to meet and exceed customer needs.
• Review customer requests for requirements.
• Produce architecture artifacts and present designs to executive leadership and customer technical review boards.
• Drive analysis of alternatives (AoA) to evaluate technologies against performance, security, and cost criteria.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering technical excellence and leadership development.

This role will be hybrid, with the ability to travel to offices in the Washington, DC Metro area as well as to client sites. This position requires that applicantsresidein the United States and have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Applicants mustmaintainU.S. residency for the duration of their employment.

The annual salary range for this position is $200,000.00-$275,000.00. The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
