Job summary

Bob Howard Acura in Oklahoma City is seeking an Acquisition Specialist to help value pre-owned units entering our system. You will leverage Condition Reports, history data, and market values to arrive at accurate appraisals for vehicles.

You will communicate with dealership personnel to confirm details, collaborate with teammates to determine valuations, and submit appraisal amounts within deadlines to keep our pre-owned operations moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Automotive retail/wholesale experience is a plus.
• Two years of dealership experience is a plus.
• Tech‑industry or software experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• A great work ethic and ability to work both independently and with a team
• Excellent communication skills, including customer service and customer care.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word functions.

Bob Howard Acura is looking for a skilled individual to join our pre-owned operations team. As an Acquisition Specialist, you will use your knowledge and the data tools available of the retail and wholesale used car market to help us quickly value units flowing into our system. This role assists dealerships in valuations of vehicles acquired at the dealership.
