Job summary

ORBIS Inc. in Washington, DC seeks an Acquisition / Program Analyst to support IWS 2.0, coordinating data collection, analysis, and preparation of technical briefings, POM issue papers, and other program documentation.

The role involves developing spreadsheets, metrics, graphics, and presentation materials, and coordinating senior-level briefing packages for congressional inquiries, data calls, and reviews. A security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser acquisition or program analysis experience.
• 15+ years with Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 10+ years with Master's degree in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Support IWS 2.0 work tasks and prepare program documents.
• Develop spreadsheets, metrics, and briefing graphics for IWS 2.0.
• Coordinate senior level briefing packages and data calls; manage IWS 2.0 data.
• Review policies and procedures; suggest process improvements; comment on plans and training.
• Support proposal evaluations and industry concept reviews.

Job Description: Acquisition / Program Analyst

• Support IWS 2.0 in the execution of planned and emergent work tasks. Coordinate data collection, conduct analysis and prepare technical briefings and point papers, presentations, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issue papers, Naval messages and other program documentation to support program requirements.


• Develop spreadsheets, metrics, graphics and presentation material in support of IWS 2.0 tasking.


• Coordinate, track, and develop senior level programmatic briefing packages, such as Congressional briefings, Requests for Information, Baseline Execution Reviews, Contract Horizons and other presentation packages in support of recurring or ad hoc meetings and data calls. Effectively manage current and historical IWS 2.0 data and deliverables in an electronic format.


• Provide acquisition support and assistance in reviewing, assessing, and complying with policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures. Document and analyze management processes and provide recommendations to continually improve process efficiency. Provide support to include reviewing and commenting on office organizational plans, training, performance awards, and DAWIA certification.


• Support proposal evaluations (limited to advice and assistance for competitive contract proposals) by providing acquisition support for proposal analysis.


• Provide acquisition support by monitoring and evaluating industry concepts, specification analysis, designs, risk assessments and production processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school degree, or a GED, and twenty (20) years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser acquisition or program analysis experience.


• OR Bachelor's degree and fifteen (15) years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser acquisition or program analysis experience.


• OR Master's degree and ten (10) years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser acquisition or program analysis experience.
