Brillient is seeking an experienced Acquisition Liaison to support federal acquisition activities by working across program and contracting teams to develop complete, accurate, and procurement-ready acquisition packages.This role will support acquisition planning, documentation, market research, contract administration, and tracking while serving as a key point of coordination between program stakeholders and acquisition personnel.Location: 100% Remote. Candidates must reside in DC, Florida, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Texas, or Virginia. Candidates located in the National Capital Region are preferred.Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 annuallyThis position is contingent upon contract award.ResponsibilitiesAssist program offices with developing complete purchase request and acquisition packagesReview acquisition packages for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance before submissionReview existing acquisition and contract documentation for compliance with applicable requirementsSupport development of acquisition plans, Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives, Performance Work Statements, market research reports, Determinations and Findings, exceptions to fair opportunity, and Justifications and ApprovalsConduct and support market research and development of acquisition recommendationsSupport preparation of Independent Government Cost Estimates and cost or price analysesAssist with development of source selection and technical evaluation criteriaSupport administration of IDIQs, task and delivery orders, BPAs, call orders, purchase orders, and interagency agreementsAssist with contract modifications, funding actions, and closeout packagesTrack contract funding and coordinate status and requirements with acquisition and program stakeholdersAttend program and acquisition meetings and document decisions, action items, and follow-up requirementsMaintain accurate and current acquisition trackers and supporting documentationCoordinate across program and contracting teams to identify missing information and keep acquisition actions progressingSupport invoice tracking and related contract administration activities; this position does not have authority to accept or reject invoices or settle paymentsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree and minimum five (5) years of relevant federal acquisition experienceMid-level federal acquisition knowledge and hands-on experience equivalent to at least legacy FAC-C Level II training and experienceHands-on experience applying the FAR throughout federal procurement activitiesHands-on experience with FAR Subpart 8.4; FAR Parts 12, 13, 15, 37, and 43; and FAR 4.804Experience supporting Firm-Fixed-Price, cost-reimbursement, Labor Hour, and Time-and-Materials contractsDemonstrated experience conducting market research and developing acquisition recommendationsExperience supporting acquisition planning and procurement documentationStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Google WorkspaceStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple acquisition actions and deadlinesAbility to obtain and maintain a favorable Public Trust determinationPreferred QualificationsPRISM or another federal contract writing system experienceSharePoint experienceCRM or workflow tracking system experienceExperience developing or reviewing Independent Government Cost EstimatesPrevious acquisition support experience with the Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, or another federal civilian agencyBrillient is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
