Role Description

This is a full‑time, in‑office independent Contractor role based in Dallas. The role focuses on mineral and royalty acquisitions through direct communication with mineral owners.

The position is heavily phone‑based and requires someone comfortable making a high volume of calls, building rapport quickly, and communicating clearly and professionally. Prior experience in minerals or oil & gas is helpful but not required. We are primarily looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and strong with people.

This role starts as an independent contractor and offers the opportunity to convert to a full‑time W‑2 employee with benefits based on performance.
