Job summary

The Tustin Group is seeking a Program Manager of Integrations to lead the successful integration of acquired companies into the organization. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage plans and timelines, and provide visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.

This role partners with leadership to ensure operational continuity and preserve key business relationships. Responsibilities include governance, reporting, and driving process improvements across ERP, CRM, HRIS, payroll,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of program management, project management, operations, or related experience.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, post‑merger integrations, or multi‑location organizations strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integration plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate integration activities from planning through implementation.
• Lead integration meetings and track action items.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on status, risks, and priorities.
