Job summary

Organizational Development Resource Group (ODRG) is seeking an Acquisition Data & Reporting Analyst to provide accurate, actionable insights guiding mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives.

The role collects, validates, and analyzes data, develops dashboards, and supports compliance and strategic planning while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and reliability, strengthening acquisition strategies and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in acquisition analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, formatting, and refining executive-level briefings and slide decks to communicate the acquisition portfolio's health, financial status, and milestones to leadership.
• Collect, clean, and validate acquisition data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop, maintain, and automate regular reports and dashboards that monitor acquisition metrics and trends.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improving acquisition strategies.
• Support ad hoc data requests and perform deep-dive analyses to answer specific business questions and ensure compliance with data governance and privacy policies.

About the Role:

The Acquisition Data & Reporting Analyst provides accurate, actionable insights that guide decisions across mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives. This role collects, validates, transforms, and analyzes data; develops dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators; and supports compliance and strategic planning. By partnering with cross-functional teams, the analyst improves data accessibility and reliability, strengthens acquisition strategies, and contributes to organizational growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in acquisition analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data analysis.

• Continuously improve data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
