• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, compensation, payroll, finance operations, or a related analytical role.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or data validation initiatives preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Marsh Agency systems.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze financial data related to sales to ensure accuracy and alignment with business records.
• Review compensation data for new acquisitions to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Manage HR dashboards and produce reports as requested.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve data and process issues.
• Track, document, and escalate issues as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
• Support integration activities related to new acquisitions, including data validation and process coordination.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and issue logs to support decision-making and follow-up.
• Manage and support special projects for HR and Organizational Effectiveness as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and business information.
