Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an Integration Coordinator to support HR, Finance, and Operations integration activities, with a strong focus on compensation accuracy and data review during acquisitions and business transitions. The role involves reviewing compensation data, validating large data sets, producing HR dashboards and reports, and coordinating data integrity across stakeholders.

Hybrid work in Philadelphia/Conshohocken is common; base salary ranges from $65,400 to $82,000 plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
2+ years of experience in HR operations, compensation, payroll, finance operations, or a related analytical role.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze financial data related to sales for accuracy.
Review compensation data for new acquisitions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Manage HR dashboards and produce reports.
Support integration activities related to new acquisitions.
Prepare reports, summaries, and issue logs to support decisions.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations to resolve data issues.
