The Acquisitions Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the acquisition process by performing underwriting, evaluating potential real estate acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence, market research, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwriting: Perform detailed underwriting of potential acquisition opportunities, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
• Evaluation: Assess potential real estate acquisition opportunities by analyzing market trends, property performance, and investment potential.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including site visits, reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with third-party consultants.
