Our client is adding an Acquisitions Analyst or Associate to their local team. The role is based in San Diego on a hybrid schedule and is responsible for pro formas, deal modeling, underwriting, and other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years in real estate development, acquisitions, or assistant project management
• Comfort working in Excel and running basic deal analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with affordable housing or multifamily development
• Experience coordinating environmental and entitlement-related reporting

Compensation:

Salary Range: $95,000 -$115,000*
