Job summary

TECHLITE, a division of The Zippertubing Company, seeks an Acoustics Interior Designer in Tempe, AZ to blend design, visuals, and technical problem solving for built spaces. You’ll work with architects, designers, and customers to create acoustic panel solutions and compelling concept visuals.

Ideal candidates bring a strong portfolio of commercial projects, proficiency with CAD/3D tools, and excellent communication. This is an in-office, full-time role with a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in interior/architectural design, commercial focus.
• Strong portfolio of commercial/architectural projects.
• Experience presenting design concepts to customers.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, CET, Rhino, SolidWorks or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design custom architectural acoustic panel solutions for commercial interiors.
• Create product concepts, layouts, finishes, and presentation materials.
• Develop renderings, mockups, and visualizations to communicate design intent.
