Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred in manufacturing.
• Six months at Hexcel Casa Grande may substitute for one year.
• Proficient in tape measure and ruler.
• Basic computer data entry.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to speak before groups.
• Ability to perform arithmetic.
• Eligible U.S. citizen/national or lawful status.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment for acoustical insertion and panel fabrication.
• Perform tasks for acoustical panels and aircraft engine blankets.
• Input, analyze, and retrieve data using computers.
• Ensure products meet specifications and QA checks.
• Inspect final product and report deviations.
• Monitor processes per work instructions and routers.
