Responsibilities

• Champion an inclusive approach to patient-centered care as a Respiratory Therapist
• Restock supply rooms and par levels so the next Respiratory Therapist never hunts for a needle
• Build on 1 of healthcare experience to elevate standards of care
• Phone results to ordering physicians, reading back critical values to confirm they landed
• Translate the care plan into daily tasks the nursing team can actually execute on a remote schedule
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
• Reconcile each patient's medication list at admission, catching interactions before they reach the floor
