U.S. Bank seeks an ACL Reporting Team Lead to direct analytical and reporting activities for the allowance for credit losses (ACL). You will mentor junior analysts, oversee quarter-end results, and ensure accurate journal entries and external schedules.

This leadership role drives process improvements, modernization initiatives, and controls across the ACL function to reduce operational risk and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Eight+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• CPA certification preferred; extensive knowledge of CCAR/CECL reporting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Guide junior analysts and provide first-line detailed reviews.
• Oversee quarter-end ACL recording and journal entries; manage external reporting.
• Support estimation methods under risk management programs and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate quarter-end ACL posting, reserve analyses, and control documentation.
• Lead communications and audit design for ACL process controls.
