The Assistant Manager reports to the Store Manager and assists with account management, sales activities, and customer service. This role involves collaborating with Acima retail partners to process credit applications, converting them into credit customers, reviewing lease applications, promoting leasing benefits, and driving sales conversions. The position is based in one of our retail partner store locations.
The role is paid hourly, with potential bonuses or incentives based on performance, paid monthly. The hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $19.00, plus potential bonuses.
This is a full-time role, with varied hours including evenings and weekends. The job requires standing, walking, bending, and other physical activities throughout the day.
