The Assistant Manager reports to the Store Manager and assists with account management and sales activities while providing excellent customer service. The role involves collaborating with Acima retail partners to process credit applications and web orders, converting them into credit customers. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager reviews lease applications, promotes leasing benefits, and drives conversions. This position is based in one of our retail partner store locations.
The position is paid hourly, with potential bonuses and incentives based on performance. The hourly rate ranges from $18.00-$19.00/hr, plus potential monthly bonuses. Eligibility for bonuses depends on employment status and meeting plan requirements.
This is a full-time position with varying days and hours, including evenings and weekends.
The role involves talking, listening, standing, walking, bending, and other physical activities throughout the day.
