United Community Options (UCO) is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Teacher's Assistants (Achievement Specialists) to join our team at Early Beginnings Academy, our charter school serving children with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

The Teacher's Assistant (Achievement Specialist) provides direct support to students with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a classroom setting. This role assists teachers with instruction, implements classroom activities, supports individualized learning, and helps students develop academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally.
