Arrow Financial Corporation seeks an ACH and Wire Specialist at Glens Falls to process and reconcile electronic transactions, ensure NACHA compliance, and provide support to customers and branch network. The role emphasizes accuracy, data integrity, and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Responsibilities include reviewing data, researching exceptions, monitoring for fraud, and maintaining high service levels while adhering to policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years prior banking experience with expanded knowledge of banking regulations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process ACH origination, returns, exceptions and reclamations in a timely and accurate manner meeting department guidelines and in adherence to NACHA rules.
• Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers in a timely and accurate manner meeting department guidelines.
• Research, report and provide resolution to exceptions in a timely manner according to department policies and procedures.
• Monitor for suspect, erroneous and fraudulent electronic transactions.
• Review data for proper authorizations and compliance and take action as appropriate.
• Update, modify and correct data meeting the department’s goals and objectives while following policies and procedures.
• Provide consistent, outstanding customer service by anticipating and reacting to internal and external customer needs
