• Four years or more of operations services related work experience.
• Experience with ACH operations and fraud-related processes is a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process returns and proof of authorization requests accurately.
• Research and resolve cases, including exceptions and data interpretation.
• Manage assigned workloads and rotate across operations functions as needed.
