U.S. Bank is seeking an Operations Processor to support ACH operations, processing proof of authorization requests and corporate returns. You will handle casework, manage workloads, and collaborate with internal teams and corporate clients to ensure accurate transaction processing.

The ideal candidate has ACH experience with strong time management and communication skills. Knowledge of fraud-related processes or Regulation E is a plus, and the role requires working at a U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four+ years of operations services related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH operations including proof of authorization requests and corporate returns.
• Manage case-based and email-assigned work while coordinating with internal teams and corporate clients.
• Process returns, research and resolve cases, and manage workloads; rotate across operations functions as needed.
