Job summary

Fiserv is seeking a PS Advisory Services Consultant (Non-Technical) to support client ACH outsourcing implementations. You will gather requirements, assist with conversions, deliver training, and ensure operational readiness across client, implementation, and outsourcing teams.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, conducting UAT, coordinating with stakeholders, and presenting demonstrations. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in financial services supporting client implementations or software integration.
• 6+ years with ACH operations and Nacha rules.
• 6+ years using PEP+® or comparable ACH system.
• 6+ years documenting requirements, UAT, and transition to support teams.
• 6+ years SDLC delivery methods in client environments.
• Experience with third-party systems in financial services implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client conversion requirements for ACH Outsourcing and document implementation details.
• Consult with clients to define procedures and support operational readiness.
• Interpret client workflows and data for balancing and planning.
• Train clients on system functionality and daily balancing procedures.
• Support UAT and production support during implementation.
• Communicate progress and risks to internal stakeholders.
• Present product demos and identify process improvements.
