Norton Lilly International in the United States is seeking an ACE Shipping Specialist to enter and transmit data to U.S. Customs via the ACE portal, ensuring compliance and timely cargo documentation.

You will coordinate with carriers, agents, and customs representatives to resolve ACE-related matters, while upholding accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has ACE portal experience, knowledge of US customs regulations, and strong communication skills to manage high-volume documentation

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• ACE portal experience required.
• Experience in ocean shipping operations and knowledge of US Customs regulations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Data entry into ACE portal system.
• Monitoring of US Customs releases/dispositions.
• Updating Carriers, Masters and Agents on data entry status and US Customs releases/dispositions.
• Communicating with Carriers, Masters and Agents for data information.
• Communicating with US Customs offices/US Customs Client Reps when necessary.
• Any other work related to ACE filing or assigned by ACE Manager.
• Abide by company HSEQ policies and procedures.
