Qualifications

• 5–8 years in art direction, design, or copywriting.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and presentation software (PowerPoint).
• Bonus: illustration, After Effects, photography, retouching, filmmaking, videography, editorial, animation, HTML.

Responsibilities

• Make the work: be hands-on, concepting and building ideas for multiple brands across platforms.
• Sharpen the idea by guarding voice and visual identity, staying playful yet purposeful.
• Mentor junior creatives and raise the bar on craft by being hands-on.
• Be the pulse of culture by researching platforms, subcultures, and trends to uncover opportunities.
• Sell the thinking: present ideas with conviction to internal teams and clients.
