Job summary

Souto Foods seeks a detail‑oriented warehouse associate to prepare pallets for shipment according to SQF standards. You will accurately pick, organize, seal, tag, and verify orders, using a pallet jack safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 pounds, following training, and mastering Warehouse Management Systems to meet productivity targets. This role requires minimal supervision and a strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select, organize, and create the palette according to SQF standards, ensuring accuracy and no damage.
• Seal and tag containers, confirm order accuracy, and sign pick tickets.
• Operate a pallet jack safely (single or double).
• Reach, lift, and stack cases 1–50 pounds.
• Follow all SQF-related training documents and procedures.
• Becoming proficient in Warehouse Management Systems.
• Meet or exceed standard warehouse productivity.
