Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking an Assistant Program Director for the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program in Western Massachusetts. You will supervise the ACCS team, oversee daily operations, and coordinate staff performance while providing clinical and administrative leadership.

The role requires a Master's degree in related field and 1–2 years of supervisory experience; licensure is preferred or pursued as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Broad knowledge of mental illness and treatment techniques in adults.
• Clinical licensure preferred or pursuit of independent license.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall clinical and administrative supervision of the ACCS team.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, scheduling, and staff performance.
• Lead staff meetings and program planning; develop orientation and training.
• Hire new employees with ACCS Sr. Program Manager approval.
• Address staff performance issues and conduct annual evaluations.
• Monitor staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
