Job summary

Control Air Enterprises LLC in Anaheim, CA is seeking a motivated ACCS Design Engineer to join our growing Controls team. You will work on Building Management Systems (BMS) in both new and existing facilities, gaining hands-on project experience and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Entry-level design role focusing on building management systems (BMS) concepts.
• Experience or coursework in Building Management Systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate VAVs, basic AHUs, FCUs, and basic system topology.
• Develop and review project submittals.
• Participate in job walks with the lead engineer and Project Manager.
• Create and track purchase orders.
• Support internal job management meetings.
• Obtain and review vendor quotes.
• Maintain organized project files.
• Attend bi-weekly PM meetings and monthly JTD meetings.
• Assist with CO estimating (entry level).
• Generate and track RFIs.

This role offers the opportunity to work on Building Management Systems (BMS) in both new and existing buildings, while gaining hands‑on project experience and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate VAVs, basic AHUs, FCUs, and basic system topology
• Develop and review project submittals
• Participate in job walks with the lead engineer and Project Manager

Pay Range: $33-$40/hour
