Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an Accrual Claims Lead to review and record promotional programs in SAP, manage accrual balances, and support month-end close. You will collaborate with Chain/Distributor partners and internal Sales teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and audit compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Accounts Payable, strong SAP/Salesforce experience, and solid Excel skills; PowerBI and VIP-PPM experience is a plus in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP and/or Salesforce.
• Intermediate Excel and MS Office skills; experience with PowerBI and VIP-PPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and record Chain and Distributor promotional programs into SAP.
• Manage open accrual balances and participate in month-end/quarter-end close.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting and audit standards.
• Collaborate with Chain/Distributor partners and internal Sales teams to validate funding.
• Provide specialist knowledge for assigned accounts and support ad hoc projects.
