Job summary

Adventist Health Roseville is seeking an experienced leader to direct day-to-day regulatory readiness across its hospitals and markets. You will oversee audits, mock surveys, tracer programs, and education to ensure CMS, The Joint Commission, and state standards are continually met.

Collaborating with nursing, medical staff, and operations, you will manage accreditation efforts, licensing, corrective actions, and policy implementation, while coaching teams and maintaining documentation to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years’ healthcare or related experience preferred.
• Three years’ in accreditation, regulatory compliance or process improvements preferred.
• Two years’ leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partnership with system, network and site leadership to align regulatory programs with strategy and quality priorities.
• Lead a team safeguarding facility licensing status, accreditations and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct annual state regulatory compliance assessments and manage action plans.
• Design and implement systems to ensure continual regulatory, licensure and accreditation compliance.
• Prepare reports, coordinate investigations and collaborate with Risk Management and Medical Staff.
