Job summary

Adventist Health Ukiah Valley seeks a leader to direct day-to-day regulatory readiness across clinical and operational departments, ensuring CMS, The Joint Commission, and state requirements are met. You will oversee surveys, licensing, and corrective action planning while partnering with nursing, medical staff and administration.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, advanced credentials, and several years in accreditation or regulatory compliance, plus leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years healthcare experience preferred.
• 3+ years accreditation/regulatory compliance experience preferred.
• 2+ years leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align regulatory programs with strategy and quality initiatives.
• Lead licensing, accreditation and survey readiness activities.
• Conduct internal investigations and manage risk mitigation.
• Prepare reports, action plans and responses to citations.
• Maintain documentation and communicate regulatory changes.
• Supervise professionals and provide training and guidance.
