Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an Accreditation Specialist to coordinate CMS, TJC, ODH, and other regulatory standards compliance. The role ensures continuous survey readiness, conducts patient tracers, and maintains regulatory documentation to support safe, compliant operations across the network.

Ideal candidates will have hospital accreditation experience, strong project management and communication skills, and proficiency with regulatory databases and EPIC/MIDAS systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interpretation and evaluation of compliance with Joint Commission, ODH, CMS standards.
• Coordinate interpretation and evaluation of compliance with other regulatory bodies (OSHA, FDA, EPA, etc.).
• Chair regulatory committee and guide standard leads.
• Perform gap analyses and develop action plans with timelines.
• Maintain knowledge of standards and agency scoring.
• Generate monthly summaries for leadership.
