City of Hope is seeking an Accreditation & Regulatory Specialist to promote survey readiness and compliance across clinical and administrative teams. The role requires translating complex TJC, CMS, and other requirements into actionable tasks and education for teams responsible for implementation.

The candidate should have at least five years in acute-care hospital settings, with strong knowledge of hospital operations, patient care, and experience in regulatory surveys. BLS is required.

Formación

• Minimum five years of acute-care hospital experience.
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations and patient care.
• Experience participating in or preparing for regulatory surveys.
• BLS training noted as required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regulatory compliance and accreditation activities across the organization.
• Coordinate performance quality improvement projects and prepare reports.
• Develop communication materials and educate teams on regulatory requirements.
• Manage project documents and cross‑functional collaboration with clinical, administrative, legal, and quality teams.
