Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records, create financial reports, and perform analysis using QuickBooks
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and fixed assets
  • Ensure compliance with tax, insurance, financial, and HR requirements
  • Manage vendors, resources, and subcontractors
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable activities, including collections
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, and other HR administrative tasks
  • Perform technology setup, backups, and security measures
  • Gather and coordinate hardware and software requirements

Position Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Pro (most recent versions) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping and collection experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, with a courteous and professional tone
  • Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented multi-tasker
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary systems
  • Ability to pass a background check as required by law

Hours

  • 40 hours/week, with flexibility for overtime between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Pay Rate

Competitive pay based on experience, starting at $18.00 per hour.
