Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or account management preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, etc.) a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned client/business accounts
• Reconcile account statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using Excel
• Track account balances, payments, and outstanding invoices
• Assist with month-end and year-end account closing processes
• Communicate with clients regarding billing, payments, and account status
• Collaborate with accounting/finance team to ensure accurate reporting
• Identify and correct data entry or reporting errors
