You will post banking and journal entries, assemble reconciliations, and support other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting background preferred.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Automotive background preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Timely scanning or filing processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and process all transactions within the workflow system.
• Validate all accounting and non‑accounting postings.
• File documents electronically as required.
• Post transactions including banking, journal vouchers, and checks.
• Compile documents and reconciliations for the team.
• Provide backup coverage to related functions.
• Escalate issues to department supervisor.
