Job summary

Flex-Tek is seeking an accounts receivable professional to support daily invoicing, cash application across multiple locations, and preparation of ad-hoc reports for supervisors. The role includes cross-training in AR/AP/Payroll and fostering customer service excellence within the AR group.

Candidates should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and MS Office skills, with EPICOR experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years or less experience.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of ERP software, EPICOR experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Responsibilities

• Daily invoicing and cash application across multiple locations.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested for review by Supervisors and Department Heads.
• Prepare, review, and send out weekly and monthly customer statements as needed.
• Cross train across AR/AP/Payroll functions.
• Demonstrates ability to actively strive for satisfaction in serving the internal customers and leading the accounts receivable group in customer service excellence.
• Implement best practices enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist senior management as needed.
